I hereby release all persons connected with any such request from all claims, liabilities, and damages arising out of the furnishing of such information.
If I am hired, I agree to conform to the rules and regulations of the company. I understand that my employment and compensation may be terminated, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time, and that no personnel recruiter, interviewer or other representative of the company, other than the Executive Director, has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for a specified time or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing.
